Training Objectives
 

ü  Goals set prior to the Training for individuals attending the program.

 

We look at what you want to achieve at the end of the training:

· What outcomes are you looking for (tangible and intangible)

· What specific skills need to be upgraded

· What specific behaviors need to be modified

Then we develop the contents of the programme accordingly.

This method enables us to measure training effectiveness by making apparent the ‘Before and After’ results

ü  Constant participant evaluation and feedback.

ü  ‘Hard training’ instead of. ‘Soft training’ approach

 

In our programmes, we use a perfect blend of knowledge and skill to get the desired results:

· We use many oral and written quizzes as an assessment tool, after each of our modules, for constant evaluation.

· Our skill development activities include role plays and demos of learnings, which are subjected to Trainer feedback.

Our programme ensures that the participants, not only learn What to do? (Soft training), but also How to do it. This also helps us develop an effective action plan / training need for each participant, to ensure effective results.

ü  Certification and Train-the Trainer

 

We can put in place a process of ‘Certification’ and follow-up to ensure participants get the results desired from the program.

This process can be monitored in-house or by Add Value for a fee. However, we prefer to handover the process to you after the first follow up so that monitoring can be frequent and closer to the business.

We can also develop in-house resources for you to continue the program in-house. We conduct train-the-trainer programs and provide you the trainer guides and manuals for easy reference.
